How to configure a hotkey in Wayland for window manipulation

Hi.. brand new here.. but as I was bouncing among desktop envs on my Fedora installation, I came across Plasma and Wayland... liking the concept and motivation.

However, because of Wayland, I am totally lost on a simple thing; to configure a hotkey to bring up specific windows to the front, like I could with
Code: Select all
wmctrl -a


And finding information about this has been very hard. I found tool
Code: Select all
busctl
and I can see the window in the list when I run the command, but no idea how to cause it to come to front or do anything.
