Display transition zone is too large

Sat Feb 25, 2023 11:44 am
I have a two monitor setup. One monitor is lower than the other and I have that set in the settings.

This is quite hard to explain only in text. See the screensot.

The problem is that when I move mouse from one monitor to the other the area on the left monitor where my mouse can go to the other mobitor is too large. When I move my mouse to the right side of my left monitor I would expect it to stop if it is above the other monitor but it just moves down to the top of the other monitor. When I move the mouse back left to the left monitor it than moves to a different position than it was originaly.

In the screenshot the arrows show how the mouse moves across the monitors. The red arrow shows the behaviour I don't like (mose teleports down).

How can I change this behaviour so that the mouse can move between the monitors only in the small area where they meet?

The issue is solved after recent update (KDE Plasma 5.27.4).
