I am using Plasma 5 on a Manjaro distribution, freshly loaded. When I right clip on the desktop and select Add Panel - Empty Panel nothing happens, no panel appears. Am I doing something wrong to add a panel?

Oddly, after a reboot it started working? All of my panel attempts showed up too.
