In my case, I can't set a keyboard shortcut for the program launcher. In the shortcut settings in the Plasma, I have a duplicate program launcher position.

Where in the files, can I change the settings? I want to remove the duplicate program launcher.

In the shortcut settings in the Plasma, select the duplicate shortcut and click the down arrow next to the word EDIT on the edit button near the bottom of the window, select delete from that list. IS this not working?

~/.config/kglobalshortcutsrc is for Global Shortcuts
and
~/.config/khotkeysrc is for Custom Shortcuts.

Currently, I already have 3 positions of the program launcher, but the meta keyboard shortcut started to work.

In my case, there is no way to remove duplicate program launchers.
