The Krusader project currently doesn't have any website and on the mailing list (krusader-devel@googlegroups.com) we came to the conclusion that its best to host one on kde.org (like https://okular.kde.org). Who is responsible, respectively who do we have to contact for getting this website up and running?

And related to that: The information on kde.org/applications/utilities/krusader is really outdated. Most links there are invalid.
