Hi,
I can not connect to https://forum.kde.org by IPv6. For me forum.kde.org resolves to: forum.kde.org is an alias for ol575.x.incapdns.net. ol575.x.incapdns.net has address 149.126.77.34 ol575.x.incapdns.net has IPv6 address 2a02:e980:d::22 What I get is: curl https://forum.kde.org curl: (35) gnutls_handshake() failed: Error in the pull function Google Chrome reports: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET When I enforce IPv4 everything works as expected. This is how I write this post. Can any one else reproduce this? As only KDE sites are affected by this (git.kde.org has the same problem for me, identity.kde.org only works partially, no graphics get displayed, other I did not test) but all other IPv6 sites work as expected I suspect that there has to be a server side IPv6 config problem. Update:
The following KDE sites I'm aware off do NOT work for me with IPv6: https://dot.kde.org https://userbase.kde.org https://techbase.kde.org https://community.kde.org https://blogs.kde.org https://forum.kde.org https://git.kde.org/ The following KDE sites I'm aware off WORK for me with IPv6: https://docs.kde.org/ https://planetkde.org/ https://bugs.kde.org/ https://www.kde.org/ |

Access to git.kde.org is not expected to work over https:// regardless of whether you're using IPv4 or IPv6, as SSH is running there.
Coincidentally all the sites you say don't work are our Incapsula protected sites. I'm going to guess that https://incapsula.com doesn't work for you. Please send an email to sysadmin@kde.org so we can gather additional trace information from you. Incapsula were to have deployed a fix to some IPv6 connectivity issues a while ago which affected people with certain configurations.
