Since I can't install software due to yet existing files and since I have dependency circles when trying to run preinstalled software (like index) I performed

sudo paccache -r

and

sudo pacman -Scc

to clean up the cache. That didn't solve my problem, so I wanted to do a system level update (

sudo pacman -Syyu

).
That asks me for replacement of many packages. Since I'm doing that on the PinePhone I don't want to mess things up. So what to do? Replace things like index or answer everything with 'no'?
