I would try to install plasmsa on my phone, but the website providing images seems to be down: http://neon.plasma-phone.org/

I think it is down because of changing the framework behind the Android support for Plasma Mobile OS. After the team has decided to which framework they wanna go (AOSP or Lineage OS) they maybe will have new images to download.
