Is it possible to set up a Qemu VM emulating an Arm cpu, to install Plasma Mobile rom on it? Qemu already support many ARM versions ('til 8-A, I think). There's a plasma mobile rom shipped as .img files or as a single iso?

I second this. I'd love to be able to test Plasma Mobile via QEMU, Android Emulator, or Genymotion. It would be great to be able to test building apps this way.
