Since the Nexus 5 is confirmed to fully work with plasma-mobile, will the Nexus 5X also work?

You can try compiling minimal cyanogenmod for your device and follow this steps: [url]github.com/plasma-phone-packaging/CM[/url], but this is not tested for nexus 5x.

It looks like it is now possible to install on Nexus 5X if you look at the "devices" page on the Plasma Mobile site. I haven't tried it yet because my Nexus 5X is my main phone and I don't want to run into too many crazy problems.

I followed the exact instructions on a previously unlocked Nexus 5X. Is the recovery supposed to be TWRP 3.0.2.2 or is that leftover software from previous flashings? (I'm in an editorial office. It's weird here.)

I was looking to install Plasma Mobile on a second hand Nexus 5X I bought (I have a different main phone, I'm not worried for stuff breaking). I read that Plasma Mobile comes with either a (K)ubuntu or a CyanogenMod base on the Nexus 5. Is this also the case for the 5X, or is only the CyanogenMod base available?

I would prefer an Ubuntu base but I guess both will do.
