is there any hope to build plasma mobile to moto x style/pure ?

The hope is Project Halium

Theoretically if there is a AOSP / Lineage build for your device then it should be possible to create a build of Halium for that device that takes care of the lower level hardware compatibility

On top of that then you'd then be able to apply the rootfs for Plasma Mobile / UBPorts etc
