Followed directions from plasma-phone.org/nexus5/ but the ubuntu-flash-device command with the long set of arguments including an in-line download (ugh) failed on the download timing out. Also couldn't manually browse to the download link in the guide--perhaps the files are moved?

Then followed directions from http://neon.plasma-mobile.org/neon-arch ... ce-rootfs/ but got the following which seems different than other people experiencing the google bootloop issue (which I am also facing on power up)

oddly enough seems like the same issue, and files aren't downloading to my pc let alone the phone. I have the prereq in the new guide: fastboot and adb.

I fixed the problem.
