Hello. I've just upgraded KDE 4.3 to KDE Plasma 5.6.5. Everything looks great, although there are no System Settings. I can't even launch it from terminal. How do I install it? Thanks.

systemsettings5 is an integral part of the plasma 5 desktop....

Actually not.

It is a separate application, and a separate package.

But it's called "systemsettings5" now, so try to run this.

Or install it if it isn't yet.
How you would do this depends on your distribution...
