Cannot login to userbase

Mon Oct 31, 2016 1:23 pm
Hello everyone,

I am new here asking for some help with my login to the https://usebase.kde.org.

The situation is like this. I registered identity.kde.org several days ago. Back then, I successfully logged onto userbase through phabricate. I chose to create a new Wiki Display Name at my first login. It's really confusing. Then I forgot what the Local ID I was used to log onto it later. And no matter what possible Display Name or the same username of that in Identity I used can no longer be used to log onto userbase.kde.org. There are two possibilities:

1) If I choose to login with a new Wiki Display Name, the website returns with following error,
Code: Select all
Database error
A database query error has occurred. This may indicate a bug in the software.

2) If I choose to "login to existing (local) account", it says,
Code: Select all
Login with Phabricator
Wrong credentials.
Please go back and try again

I really do not how to deal with it now. Could anyone please help me on this?

Regards,

Experiencing the same issue.

But obviously no answers yet

EDIT: I'll see if emailing the KDE team fixes this.

Because someone did it here:
viewtopic.php?t=139665
and it worked
