hooks

Fri Feb 17, 2017 6:54 am
I'd like to add the ability to execute scripts in dolphin when given activities are performed. Not sure who if anyone to address this to.

Some where in ~./kde/share/apps or some such this would be declared :

some variable { "hooks/trash/move" } = "/usr/local/dolphin.hook/trash.sh"

Upon trying to delete a file this script would be called with the name of the file being trashed. Ostensibly to sync changes upsteam.

I'm willing to help out, but if left to write this all myself it may take a while...

TIA, LONG time user, first time poster

Robin
