i'm a new comer, but i really want to learn and contribute can anyone please guide me or point me to some resources where i can start....

But since you found the forum I bet you would also have been able to find the KDE website at https://kde.org, where the to link "Get Involved" leads you to this page: https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved

FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |
