I will help by developing a Ruby on Rails web application either for the KDE project of for someone that will help me in building ruby KDE bindings on Windows.

I can do everything from front-to-backend HTML/CSS/jQuery/CoffeeScript/Haml/Sass Ruby on Rails including Redmine optimization set up/customization/plugin developemnt etc...
