I have a html page and header and footers are also html content.

Steps I followed

1. QTextDocument::setHtml() to render the HTML

2. QTextDocument::drawContents (QPainter * p)
To print the QTextDocument contents to a painter device.

How do I insert a header or footer for the printouts ?
