Hi!

I am a Python programmer, but worked with C++ a long time ago. I have experience with PyQt4.

Sometimes i am really irritated by some small KDE glitches. Currently there is a small bug/feature which annoys so much that i decided to try to fix it: viewtopic.php?f=83&t=101211
I think fixing it is trivial, but no one will do it except me i guess. I want to add a new option: System Settings -> Window Behavior -> Task Switcher -> Sort order: Recently used (classic)

Now i guess fixing this is trivial, but making it go to the master branch is not.

Would you suggest some articles on how to start this, what steps are involved, tips and tricks?
