Good day all,

I wonder if someone could tell me what I'm doing wrong here..

in my plasmoid I have setHasConfigurationInterface(True)
and I have my own createConfigurationInterface()
I have made a .ui file and put it in a contents/ui folder.

for some reason its not running my createConfigurationInterface, yet my .ui file is still inserted into the config widget.
infact if I comment out my createConfigurationInterface completely its still puts my ui file into the config widget

now if I call showConfigurationInterface() manually, its does run my createConfigurationInterface (theres a print statement in there)

I just dont know why when I right click on the applet and click settings, it doesn't seem to call the same showConfigurationInterface to the one I call manually.

heres the .zip file.... http://airs.me.uk/python/ircapplet.zip

just plasmapkg -i ircapplet.zip
then plasmoidviewer IRCApplet

thanks in advance
