How can I launch KdeSVN in debug mode?

KDESVN doesn't have a specific debug mode - however you can configure it so it will print out more debugging information to the console.
This is done using kdebugdialog. As KDE applications are made up of many components, I would suggest enabling all areas. Afterwards, run kdesvn in a terminal and examine the output as you try to work with it.

Okay good to know it was fixed. Is SCM Manager a client or server side package?
