The Plasmoid shows up fine in plasmoidviewer. It installs fine with plasmapkg. It compines fine with cmake. I don't get any errors with make. All the files are in the correct locations. I ran kbuildsycoca4 and kquitapp plasma-desktop and restarted it. Its not there. Its not in the UI. It does not show up when I run plasmoidviewer --list. Can anyone help me with this. Thanks.

In which prefix did you install it? The CMake default is /usr/local/ which won't be searched by KDE unless KDEDIRS is set appropriately.
