Hello,
I wanted to test the tech preview of the Plasma 5 and ran into the issue with environment variables. Usually I set my custom env variables (in this case PATH, LD_LIBRARY_PATH and QML2_IMPORT_PATH) since I build my own version of the Qt. I set them within $HOME/.profile file and before it was working, but now QML2_IMPORT_PATH gets overwritten after the startup and set to the system qt5 qml path /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt5/qml/. PATH env variables is set and not changed, but LD_LIBRARY_PATH is set to nothing. The biggest problem is that QtCreator is using that those libraries and not the Qt libraries that I installed. What is run after so these env variables get changed? Thanks in advance, Nedim |
