Hello. How I can get window thumbnail from KWin without using plasma? KF5.

Is there any way to get Krita to display thumbnails in windows 7 and 8?
What is plasma?
I had a way of getting photoshop to display thumbnails but I forgot how I did it. I wanted to try that method on Krita...

I found out It was "sage thumbs" a program that I installed with settings to allow for big file formats to make thumbnails. I have not found it helping with Krita.
