I'm trying to write an simple MTP kio-slave alternative by calling adb shell, see: https://github.com/ferbar/kio_adb

what does work at the moment is downloading files from android phones.

This is missing, and I don't find out how this could be done:
-> display a notification message that adb:/ could be opened with dolphin (just like for a MTP device when it is connected via usb)
-> display the device in gwenview

lsusb -v says:
