I hope the Thread fits in here.
I followed a Tutorial on Techbase to learn programming in KDE but the KXmlGuiWindow Application doesn't find the editorui.rc. But it is installed in my home dictionary and I followd the Tutorial.
Can someone help me or give me another tutorial to KXmlGuiWindow?

You need to tell KDE to look for the stuff you installed from the tutorial, so you need in your ~/.profile something like this:

KDEDIRS=$HOME:$(kde4-config --prefix)
PATH=$HOME/bin:$PATH
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$HOME/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH

export KDEDIRS PATH LD_LIBRARY_PATH


Logging out and logging in again should be enough to apply these changes the first time.
