I am trying to follow the article https://techbase.kde.org/Development/Tutorials/Plasma5/QML2/HelloWorld I come down to,

From your terminal prompt, enter the following command:

Code: Select all

plasmoidviewer --applet ~/projects/hellomoid/plasmoid/

You should be rewarded with a window like this (click to enlarge):

When I try and execute that command -:- plasmoidviewer the prompt says it cant be found/missing!!
I am on Debian10 and have tried the simple apt install plasmoidviewer but its not found either.

Where to find install this plasmoidviewer

After searching Google I came across this snipit its the answer when run it installs or make availble plasmoidviewer.
If you haven't yet, install the plasma-sdk package with

Code: Select all

sudo apt install plasma-sdk . Usage: plasmoidviewer
