Seems KUser didnt made Plasma 5 but there is no replacement for User management on where to insert avatars for users or such. Anyone else know what can be done to configure my user profile in Plasma 5?

If I understand you correctly... the avatar thing can actioned in the System Settings> Account Details > User Manager

so which package has User Management now, since I use Arch Plasma5 and Settings doesnt have User Management anymore.

I am on Arch Linux btw. I tried searching for User Management on pacman but couldnt find any package related to that. I only have Online Accounts.

Ahh man... I don't know how Arch configures what it does
it is just there with a minimal Kubuntu install
this user option is a user_manager.so plugin (from user-manager.deb) for kcmshell5
sorry... that is all I have!

The program is called user-manager and it looks to be in Arch.
