Hello,

While setting up KDE framework as described in https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved/development (section 2.6 Give network capture rights) the command below fails:
$ sudo setcap CAP_NET_RAW=+ep ~/kde/usr/lib/libexec/ksysguard/ksgrd_network_helper

The file is not found.

I have executed the commands:
$ ./kdesrc-build --initial-setup
$ source ~/.bashrc

but getting to section 2.6 fails.
I didn't see any file or directory in ~/kde other than ~/kde/src

What should I do to finish successfully setting up the KDE framework?
