Is there a way to disallow chrome apps to inhibit global shortcuts? I am looking for a KDE solution similar to what is asked and provided here for sway: https://www.reddit.com/r/swaywm/comment ... _complete/

I am using certain web apps as "chrome apps", but whenever the window is focused, none of the global shortcuts work anymore, such as Alt+Tab, Mod, etc. This seems to be because Chrome seems to use the wayland protocol extension https://wayland.app/protocols/keyboard- ... nstable-v1 for some reason for the chrome applications.

I am coming from sway, where the sames issue is resolved by a window rule as the above reddit link suggests.

I asked the same thing on Reddit also, but so far no answer: https://www.reddit.com/r/kde/comments/1 ... rtcuts_on/
