Which KDE version? You can probably do it with dcop in 3.5.x and dbus in KDE4.

I have KDE 3.5. I've tried dcop (with some syntax help by kdcop).
Greate results! Now I can do subj by simple script:

sleep 2
dcop kicker kicker toggleShowDesktop
sleep 2
dcop kicker kicker toggleShowDesktop
......

Hans, Thanks for the tip !
