I need to insert in my application some notification and I want to use a Passive Popup like Popup created by the command 'kdialog --passivepopup AAA --title AAA 10'.

You should be able to look through the source of KDialog ( which is part of KDE Runtime I believe ) and discover how it does it.
It probably uses KNotification to do it, the documentation of which is available here: http://api.kde.org/4.x-api/kdelibs-apid ... ation.html
