How to downgrade from KDE 4.3 to 4.2.4

Hello,

I've accidentally installed 4.3 RC1 when I tried to upgrade from 4.2.2 to 4.2.4.

How can I downgrade back to either 4.2.2 or preferably 4.2.4? My base install was kubuntu 9.04 (jaunty). Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
