When 'cmaking' kdelibs (trunk), I get the following error that stops cmake from proceeding :
But I have built and installed soprano from trunk's kdesupport - so is that version too old ? Or should I download and install soprano 2.3.70 manually from sourceforge? ![]()

Okay, I downloaded the latest soprano from sourceforge, and now cmake runs well ( With a few tricks on my part).
Now, when compiling kdelibs, at 33% progress, cmakekde spits out the following error(s) :
Please note that I have not downloaded the entirety of kdesupport. I have built only those modules of kdesupport which were necessary for cmake to succeed for kdelibs. So, is this error because of a certain module that I did not build?

That error is because your Qt installation is too old. Please update to Qt 4.6.0 final.

Ah, I have two versions of Qt installed. 4.5.3 for my 'stable' KDE, and 4.6.0 in my /opt for compiling this. I have set the correct path variables for qt to be detected as 4.6, and cmake also correctly detects my Qt version as 4.6.0. This is what cmake spits out before starting the build :
So why the errors?

The Qt betas also advertised their version as 4.6.0, so this is not indicitive of anything. If you have not run "git pull" recently ( assuming you build from source ) I suggest you do so and run the build and install procedure once more, as your 4.6 libraries are too old. If you installed from packages, please update them.

Ok, thats probably the case - although I've installed the binaries from an unofficial repo ( not compiled by me )- and the repo was last updated in september. Thanks! Now I have to go look for a newer package ![]()
