The kdeexamples module

Wed Jan 13, 2010 11:29 pm
As you may now, a while ago the new kdeexamples module was launched. Its purpose is to provide developers with ready-made examples that show particular functionality of the KDE Platform or some associated components.

The module currently hosts quite a bit of C++ code, but bindings examples are also included. Most Plasma C++ and non C++ examples are also there.
If you are wondering about how to do certain tasks with the KDE Platform API, it would be advisable to check there to see if there is anything that might help you.

You can browse the repository through WebSVN, or checkout it via

Code: Select all
svn co svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/trunk/KDE/kdeexamples

I would appreciate an example of using KHTML for reading and processing HTML (as opposed to displaying it interactively).
Example: Given a HTML file, return its title.

In the absence of an example, try asking on the kde-devel@kde.org mailing list.
