Is there somebody out there with enough knowledge (and time) to finish this tutorial or make a working minimal example out of this and link it there or upload it to http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/KDE/kdeexamples/

http://techbase.kde.org/Development/Tut ... es/Plugins

There is also an older tutorial with this topic for KDE3 available, maybe this could be useful:

You may wish to look at System Settings, which has a plugin implementation.

Thanks, it has a very nice plugin implementation. That looks much simpler than Kate, Kopete and KGet and far more structured than Konqueror where I have tried to get rid of all the unnecessary stuff and extract only the plugin system.
And also comments in the source code ... nice!

I think I have something to do now :-).

But nevertheless somebody should finish the tutorial, there are so much tutorials and books about qt but next to nothing about KDE specific stuff and I like KDE specific stuff!

Maybe I will be able to do so in some days but I don't think I'm the best for that job.

KDevelop contains a working KDE 4 KPart Application Template which has solved my problem
