Hi,
I'm trying to access api.kde.org.
It seems down for now.

Is there any other site to look for API of kde libraries?

Unfortunately I am not aware of any. If you have a local checkout of KDELibs then you can generate them locally for use: http://techbase.kde.org/Development/Tools/apidox
