What happened to api.kde.org? The main page itself is now a directory index, and trying to find anything is impossible because all the old links are broken. And eve if you were to go through the index to the pages, they are still broken and missing any useful content...

So where can I find the KDE API reference?

The server hosting api.kde.org is still in the process of being rebuilt following a series of software and hardware issues.
