GLShader not loading

I have a very weird problem.
Trying to write kwin effect, using shaders.

This code

shader = new GLShader("/home/my.vert", "/home/my.frag");

doesn't work:

kwin(3139): Couldn't compile vertex shader! Log:
**here are some garbage characters**


My vertex shader looks like:

void main()
{
    gl_TexCoord[0] = gl_MultiTexCoord0;
    gl_Position = ftransform();
}


Now, the strange thing: I tried to use shader files from built-in effects (invert, for example), they didn't work too. But these effects work.

Even better: copied the invert effect source, replacing it's class name with mine, it doesn't work too.

Please, give me something :)

I'm using Kubuntu 10.10 with KDE 4.5.3.

I would suggest talking to the KWin developers directly via kwin@kde.org or #kwin on Freenode.
