Running FreeBSD-8.2-R, KDE4.5.5, KDevelop4.1.0

Where does one find the ui_*.h files for KDE4.5.5, upon trying to build (in KDevelop4) any of the KDE4 components (kdebase, kdemultimedia, etc ... ...) I get the same basic error "'Ui' has not been declared".

Example error using kdebase4.5.5: ... ui_konqprofiledlg_base.h is missing.

Using kdemultimedia4.5.5: ... ui_cdinfoencodingwidget.h is there with two lines of code:

I've done a lot of searching and cannot find the answer, any help would be appreciated.

KDE 4.5.5 is old, however is should still compile. Do you see any errors prior to that mentioning the generation of ui files? These headers would have been generated from *.ui files in the repositories.
