I'm writing a plasmoid and now, after a research on Google, I need to include this library on my plasmoid: http://upower.freedesktop.org/ .
In particular, I need to use EnergyRate value.

How can I do for include that library? I understand that Solid doesn't include yes that value and so...

I note you have recieved several replies on the mailing list on how to do this. It is done using D-Bus as you found - and making a particular call. For proper Plasma styled implementation though - it should be implemented in the appropriate data engine - which itself uses Solid. Therefore the proper place to get this added is in Solid.
