a day ago i was rebuilding (updating) KDE SC Version 4.7.40 (4.7.40(KDE 4.8 >= 20110623) but it came to kwallet with this:

That looks like a Gentoo specific error unfortunately. The build itself failed because it failed to copy the build into the appropriate place on disk. I would suggest ensuring that you have plenty of free disk space.
