Hello!

I have a problem using the dataEngine method serviceForSource in
javascript plasmoids.

When I have the following code
Code: Select all
  tEngine = dataEngine("tasks");
  service = tEngine.serviceForSource( src );

(src is gotten from tEngine.sources)

I get the following error:
TypeError: cannot call serviceForSource(): unknown return type `Service*' (register the type with qScriptRegisterMetaType())

Using kde 4.7.0 on Kubuntu Natty. When I run the same plasmoid
with a plasmoidviewer from trunk (gotten via project-neon), it works
just fine.

Is this a bug I should report, or am I doing something wrong?

As this works in Trunk, it has probably already been fixed - and so the fix will probably be in KDE 4.7.1
