KDE neon is at an early stage of development. Currently our developer archive is available with KF5 and Plasma packages from Git. Still to come is a long list: full CI packages, KDE apps and extragear, stable Git branch packages, user archive of packages from released tars, installable images etc. Keep watching this space for news.
