KDE NEon User Edition 5.6

When the Updater shows there are new updates if you click on Update it takes you to a page that lists all the packages to be updated.
To the left of each package is a box that is coloured blue that, to me, indicates that package is selected.
If you click on the box to make it clear and then Update, the de-selected package is still updated

Just a minor niggle, hardly the end of the world

Aside from this I am loving Neon, great job

In the burger menu at the top right-hand corner of Discover you should find a menu option to report a bug. Most applications have that and it's usually the best way to report any sort of "wrongness" with the application. Posts on forums often don't get seen by the relevant developers, double so considering most application developers would not hang out in the neon subforum.

Fair point, will get on to that.
