My Neon developer unstable fails to be upgraded:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
...
Dependencies are not satisfied for kinfocenter [ amd64 ] < 4:5.6.5+p16.04+git20160616.1441-0 -> 4:5.7.0+p16.04+git20160704.1424-0 > ( kde )
Keeping package kinfocenter:amd64
Policy breaks with upgrade of libkf5su5 [ amd64 ] < 5.23.0+p16.04+git20160613.1156-0 -> 5.23.0+p16.04+git20160704.1205-0 > ( libs )
Keeping package libkf5su5:amd64
etc.
Dependencies are not satisfied for linux-generic [ amd64 ] < 4.4.0.24.25 -> 4.4.0.28.30 > ( kernel )
Keeping package linux-generic:amd64
...
52 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 296 not upgraded.

How do I fix this?
