opinion for next release

Wed Jul 27, 2016 5:10 am
hi.
i know that kde neon installer can edit partitions during installation but its good and safer to include a partition manager app(KDE Partition Manager) to live iso for who want edit partitions like merging job for a clean install.
in ubuntu we can find gparted in live mode.
also including some useful basic apps like Okular would be great.
thanks kde team.

Either get Discovery working or remove it from distro. "Stable" release with empty "software center" is quite bizarre, not only for newcommers.

We're only building KDE Frameworks 5 apps and Okular is still on KDElibs4. There's a Frameworks branch but it hasn't been merged yet :(

partitionmanager I'll ask the VDG about
