I did just install Kubuntu 16.04 last week with a lot of supplementary packages.

It actually doesn't work really as KDE (because I, as old Puppy Linux user, did add rox-filer! Rox-filer makes the KDE desktop unaccessible any more ! And no way to uninstall it) but as KDE in the underground, and JWM as Window Manager, the optical effect is, using the same background picture, about the same...).

Is Kubuntu 16.04 the same as KDE Neon?
