If it not possible, there is a way to SDDM to ask username and password? My computer is in an Active Directory domain, there is a lot of users in list.

You can't.
It never got released, it has been reverted to the old one after 5.7beta because of negative feedback.

A reworked version will be part of 5.8 though.

There are other themes (shipped with sddm) that have text fields for entering the username: elarun, maldives, and circles (the last one has been removed in 0.14 though).
