Make my Neon LTS

In KDE Neon presentation at Akademy, a new Neon version was mentioned, that will contain the LTS versions of Plasma and Qt (5.8 AND 5.6). I have an existing workstation running KDE Neon. Will I be able to make it LTS? Or should I install from scratch? Probably not, because (among others) this will induce Qt downgrade, right?

Qt would not get downgraded, as far as Plasma is concerned Qt 5.6 would be a regression (e.g. IIRC multiscreen is vastly more broken there).
Annoyed with bbcode since 1999.

Personally I'm not interested in KDE LTS, the whole point of me installing KDE Neon was to get latest stable (user edition) KDE software
 Oh, and the occasional download/install/trial/delete of KDE developer unstable edition that I do just to check out what's upcoming.

viewtopic.php?f=309&t=135498 I completely do not get this call for a Neon LTS? That's what Kubuntu is for. Hello? The whole purpose of Neon is to provide an up to date KDE desktop on a stable LTS base. Asking for a Neon "LTS" is like saying: Hey, how about a boat that can drive on land!!!!!!!
